SAM JACKSON
With 14 years in the fitness industry, I’ve trained everyone from everyday fitness enthusiasts to elite athletes. As a former professional Thai boxer, I won a British title and competed at the European level. My passion for fitness and competitive drive fuels my commitment to helping others push past their limits and unlock their true potential in the gym and beyond!
JAMES DOHERTY
Coaching is my craft and my passion. I aim to cultivate habits that resonate with your values and aspirations to create sustainable change over time. My three core coaching principles are: Empathy, Collaboration and Growth. My main fitness passions are: Strength & Conditioning, Hyrox and Running.
AMELIA-JADE BUCKLEY
I am a level 2 and 3 personal trainer, aiming to transform women to their best possible selves! I specialise in weight loss and gain, muscle growth, body confidence and self confidence! I offer running coaching, hyrox coaching and hold a level 4 nutrition qualification. I aim to help women achieve their peak happiness through transformation and confidence development.

Nicole Rouwenhorst
My goal is to help women feel confident, strong and empowered - whether you’re new to exercise or looking to optimise your training. My approach is centred around listening to your body and working with your physiology. I specialise in supporting women through transitions including postnatal and perimenopause to post-menopause, designing programmes that support long-term health.
Sam hartley
I’m a strength and weight loss coach with over 5 years of personal training experience and a degree in Nutrition. I have a flexible, lifestyle approach, helping you train smarter, eat better and make fitness work around your life. No matter your starting point, I’ll help you build healthier habits that last inside and outside the gym. I’ve also competed in Hyrox, marathons and other Hybrid fitness events.

Sports Therapist & Registered Practitioner with Sports Massage Association (SMA)
Combining, functional movement assessment, massage, acupuncture, mobility and shockwave therapy, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from our therapy, and achieve full fitness as quick as possible.
Lauren Williams
I’m an SST registered Sports Therapist with a Master’s in Sports Therapy and a BSc in Sports Science, specialising in evidence based rehabilitation, functional strength, and performance development. I use movement and targeted exercise to build strong, resilient bodies whether you’re returning from injury or aiming to move, train, and perform better. Every session is designed to improve how you move while supporting the longevity of your performance.
LUKE SMITH
I'm an accomplished boxing coach with over 20 years of experience in combat sports. As a dedicated mentor having trained and guided numerous champions, I am committed to results whilst making fitness enjoyable and rewarding for all. I strive to inspire and empower clients, helping them achieve their personal best in and out of the ring.
